Ladies Who Lead Program

Rawabi Holding launched the first session of the Ladies Who Lead program, a unique initiative to empower and inspire women leaders. The session took place on June 14, and was attended by Rawabi Holding Group female employees. It introduced the curriculum and methodology that will be used during the one-year program to achieve the outcomes that Rawabi Holding and its female employees seek in developing and advancing their leadership capabilities. The second introductory session was organized on June 15, and included several important topics about the one-on-one coaching sessions by conducting a group coaching session with many interactive activities to improve leadership skills.
