In line with our transparency and open-door policy at Rawabi Holding, Lunch with the Group Vice Chairman and CEO, Osman Ibrahim, was organized on May 18 for a number of Group employees. The lunch is an initiative that aims to give employees the opportunity to communicate directly with the Group Vice Chairman and CEO; the first 25 employees who registered were selected to attend given that their employment levels do not have direct reporting line to the CEO. Participants shared their opinions and offered their suggestions during the lunch, where Mr. Ibrahim listened closely to answer inquiries and address concerns, maintaining the commitment to having a healthy work environment. The session included fruitful recommendations and ideas such as: rotation training programs for fresh graduates, activating retirement plans and thrift programs in addition to launching a toastmaster’s club. All suggestions are being reviewed for implementation.
