Magnom Properties, the real estate arm of Rawabi Holding Group, announced that Forbes International Tower will be producing net negative carbon emissions and utilizing clean hydrogen as the main source of energy. To achieve this goal and be recognized as the world’s most sustainable tower, Magnom has partnered with H2-Enterprises and Schneider Electric. The MOU was recently signed by Osman Ibrahim, Rawabi Holding Group Vice Chairman and CEO and Vice Chairman of Magnom Properties, and Maged Marie, CEO of Magnom Properties with Sebastien Riez, NEAL Cluster President of Schneider Electric, and Michael Stusch, Executive Chairman and CEO of H2 Enterprises, at Magnom offices in DIFC - ICD Brookfield. In the attendance of Gordon Gill, AS+GG partner, Magnom Properties Deputy General Manager, Ms. Donia Zaghloul, Magnom Properties Head of Sales, Russell Owen , Amel Chadli, MEA Zone Digital Energy Vice President of Schneider Electric, Amr El-Baghdady, NEAL Cluster Real estate Segment Senior Manager of Schnieder electric and Yasser Ahmed, MEA Zone Director of Digital Buildings of Schneider Electric.
